  4. Polystyrene external cornice reduces cost of structure as the Engineer does not have to design to carry a heavy load as considered for concrete facia.

  • Roof trusses rests on vertical walls with just its eaves on the facia.
  • Facia boards are non-structural but to enhance exterior façade of buildings, which we do in several sizes and design according to client’s specification.
