Hamza Atta graduated from Hull University and thereafter attended the Nigerian Law School. He worked with Messrs Frank Platt & Filswick Solicitors Wigan in England. In Nigeria he established Design Point in 1994. Design Point produces and imports furniture, tiles, marble, granite, glass blocks and sanitary fittings. The company is also involved in the construction and renovation of buildings. The business has grown steadily over the years and projects executed include American Embassy residential property, town house developments, Mobil management staff quarters amongst others. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Nigerian-German Chamber of Commerce and the Nigerian-Belgium Chamber of Commerce.
A senior executive with a wide range of experience locally and internationally, able to manage, develop and motivate teams to achieve their objectives. He obtained a degree and Masters in Law from Kings College London, England. He worked and trained with Simmons & Simmons solicitors London, before working with Rendana Telecommunications and later with AT&T Tridom in London. On returning to Nigeria he became Managing Director of ESPO Limited a company established in 1983 that have carried out various construction mandates all over Nigeria.
Sunday Anyaogu – (B.Sc., MBA, FCA, ACTI) – Financial Controller
Sunday is an extremely result oriented professional with over 20 years experience in the various sectors of the Nigerian economy. He started his working career with the firm of Kunle Ladejobi & Co. Chartered Accountants in January 1989 where he was trained as an Auditor. He later joined Intercat Nigeria Limited as the Accountant. He was also the Head, Finance & Administration of Highgate Insurance Brokers Limited; Pioneer Manager of Dafinone Consulting Limited; Financial Controller, Astral Waters Limited; Finance Manager; Reliance Telecommunications Limited (Reltel); and Chief Finance Officer, Rainbownet Limited; a telecommunications company with foot prints in the five South Eastern States of Nigeria – Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo. Sunday holds a Bachelor of Science honour degree (B.Sc.) in Accounting from Abia State University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from the prestigious University of Lagos. He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI).
Abubakar Tanko – General Manager Production
Engr Tanko qualified as a Mechanical Engineer from the Federal University of Technology Yola. He went on to attend a Plant Maintenance Course at NordgetrankeGMBH Hamburg and a Quality Countrol Course at Afri-Cola/Bluna GMBH Koln Germany. He worked for a number of years in Europe gaining valuable experience before returning to Nigeria working in a number of factories as Manager.
